昨年訪れたコロラド州オーロラ。
「ドライドック」ブルーイングカンパニーというおんなじ名前のクラフトブルワリーに
東京への出荷を交渉しに行ってから、半年が経つ。
小さな町の小さなブルワリーは、ニューヨークでもロサンゼルスでも飲むことができない。
コロラド州以外にはだしていないのだ。
それをなんとか東京のドライドックで出せないか？と乗り込んだ。
先週、こちらで今の状況をお伝えしたところで、
輸入をお願いしているナガノトレーディング・Andrewからメールが届いた。
樽に何を詰める？って。
せっかくなので最新の情報を公開しつつ、皆さんもどんなビールが届きそうか読んでみて！
まだいつからかは正確に言えないが、東京のドックでこれらを飲めるのも遠くはない！！

Seven Seas Double IPA 8.5%, ~90 IBU’s
A wonderful big, rich, hoppy double IPA. Made with 7 hops that start with C.
U-boat Hefeweizen 4.3%,12 IBU’s
German-Style Hefeweizen. Bold banana and clove flavors.
